The guest receives a personalized offer by email for both the arrival and return transfer. All available options and prices are clearly displayed, so the guest always knows what they are booking and how much they will pay. The booking takes just a few clicks, with no account creation or app installation required. The platform is available in English, German and Serbian.

Confirmations without extra communication

When the guest confirms the booking, they immediately receive a confirmation of their transfer and a transfer number, except for urgent transfers that require additional confirmation. The hotel and transfer agency are notified at the same time. The transfer agency confirms that the transfer has been received and acknowledged, while the hotel simply monitors the status and has a complete overview without the need for additional communication.

Instead, they receive a professional booking page featuring the identity of the hotel they have booked, where they can clearly see their offer and choose the most suitable transfer option. The guest can see the price for the selected option at all times. Whether they choose an economy or business transfer, one or more passengers, additional luggage, or another available option, everything is clearly displayed before the booking is confirmed. Immediately after booking, the guest receives a confirmation email with all transfer details, with the option to modify or cancel the booking in accordance with the cancellation policy.
