Who we are

RideToHotel runs this website and application from Belgrade, Serbia. Contact: office@ridetohotel.com.

What we process

Whatever reaches us through the site, the contact form or the application: name, email, phone, hotel or company name, transfer date and time, flight number, passenger and luggage details, your message, plus technical data (IP, language, cookies). We do not ask for and do not record nationality or where a person is physically located.

Why we process it

To answer an enquiry, so the hotel can organize the transfer it requested, to send booking and status emails, to keep a record of the ride, and to keep the site secure. We do not choose the guest. The hotel (or the guest via the hotel’s link) enters the data. We use it only so that ride can go through the application.

Who receives data

The hotel and the hotel’s official transfer provider receive the guest and ride details needed for that transfer. That choice is the hotel’s, not ours. Email goes through our hosting and mail provider. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept until the enquiry is handled and for a reasonable time if the conversation continues. Transfer records are kept for as long as the law requires.

If you want to see what data we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, write to office@ridetohotel.com. We will reply.

Where the data is kept

We run the business from Belgrade, Serbia. The data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers. We send the hotel and the hotel’s official transfer provider only what is needed for that ride.

Cookies

Necessary cookies (session, security, language) must run for the site and booking to work. If you do not accept that, do not use the site. We use Google services for statistics and marketing only if you click Accept. If you choose Necessary only, we do not use those services and we do not set those cookies.
