The service

RideToHotel is a platform that helps hotels send airport-transfer offers to guests and helps professional transfer partners confirm those rides. We are not a taxi-hailing app for the street.

Who may use it

Hotels and transport partners use the platform under a business arrangement with us. Guests use a booking link they received from their hotel. You must provide accurate information.

Offers and bookings

A hotel offer is not a completed booking until the guest confirms and, where required, the transfer partner accepts. Prices shown to the guest are set with the hotel. Taxes and fees are indicated on the booking page.

Cancellations and changes

Guests and hotels may change or cancel a ride only within the rules shown for that hotel (including time limits before pickup). Last-minute rides may stay pending until a car is confirmed.

Liability

The road transport itself is performed by the hotel’s transfer partner. RideToHotel is responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care. We are not liable for traffic, flight delays, or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Website use

You may not misuse this website, scrape it, or attack its security. Content on this site belongs to RideToHotel or its licensors.
