A job from a hotel should arrive as a request for you to confirm — not as a voice message or a phone call in the middle of the night.
Partners receive clearly organized jobs from hotels already using RideToHotel: date, time, flight, passengers, child seats, notes and the guest’s phone number. The dispatcher can then assign a specific transfer to the appropriate driver. The driver receives a notification with all the details and confirms that they have accepted the trip.
This eliminates the need for voice and text messages within the transfer agency as well, especially during peak periods when a large number of trips and drivers can easily create communication chaos.

Every transfer contains all the information needed to carry out the trip — guest details, including their phone number, hotel details, flight number, time, number of passengers, child seats and any additional notes.

You confirm the ride. The hotel and the guest are updated automatically. Urgent short-notice jobs are marked clearly.
