RideToHotel is a modern SaaS platform for managing hotel airport transfers, helping hotels organize the entire transfer process simply, quickly and professionally – all in one place.
The platform connects the hotel, guest and transfer agency, replacing everyday communication through phone calls, emails and spreadsheets with one simple digital system.
Our goal is simple: to make transfer management easier for hotels and provide guests with a better experience.

RideToHotel was launched in Belgrade in May 2025. From day one, we have been developing the platform through real-world operations and the needs of hotels and their guests.

Simple application, without installation
RideToHotel is a cloud-based application that can be accessed directly through a web browser. Hotels do not need to install additional software, configure servers or maintain their own infrastructure. Everything they need is available in one place and accessible online. Simplicity is just as important for guests. Guests do not need to install an application, create an account or remember a username and password.
