The hotel creates the offer

The hotel creates an airport transfer offer in just a few clicks and enters the basic guest and trip details.

The guest chooses a transfer and books the ride

The guest receives an offer with the details already filled in, adds the flight number and arrival time, chooses the number of passengers, number of suitcases, and vehicle class, then immediately sees the price and confirms the booking. Payment by card is not required.

Everyone receives a booking confirmation

After confirmation, the guest gets a reservation number, while the hotel and the transfer agency receive confirmation of the new transfer with all the necessary details.

The agency meets the guest at the airport

The transfer agency takes the reservation, meets the guest at the airport, and takes them safely to the hotel.
